What is the return and refund policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 30 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been washed, used or damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How can we return our products?
You can return your products from 14 Day return or exchange with receipt which has to be IN STORE.
Can we return sale items?
Sale, ‘Sample Sale’ and Monogram items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
